- Is the Welcome Book really free?
- Yes. Creating a property, editing the Welcome Book and publishing it are free, with no card required.
- Can I see the website before paying?
- Yes. The website is generated automatically, you can edit it and open the preview. A plan is only required to publish it.
- How much is the website plan?
- PLN 49 per month or PLN 490 per year (you save PLN 98 a year).
- How much is the booking system?
- PLN 79 per month or PLN 790 per year, plus 1% of the value of reservations made through the Vacalink booking system.
- Do I have to use the booking system?
- No. It is optional - you can stay on the Welcome Book and Website plans.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time in the subscription portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- What happens to my website after cancelling?
- Your content stays. Property, Welcome Book and website content remain on your account and the preview still works. The public website goes offline once the paid period ends.
- Does Vacalink take a commission on reservations?
- Only on the Direct Booking plan: 1% of the value of direct reservations made through Vacalink.
